Hank Mitchell
Anything can happen at this point with so many ballots now being ordered to be reviewed. The odds of there not being a congressional rep sworn in on January 3rd is looking more and more likely. https://www.syracuse.com/politics/2020/12/judges-order-could-help-brindisi-as-focus-turns-to-uncounted-ballots-in-race-with-tenney.html
Nyrfan
is there a possibility that things are so screwed up that a new election could be ordered? or doesn't the judge have that authority?

That's what should be done - not for just this House seat but the whole thing. With strict rules to be followed, not this 3 ring circus clown show. That's not enough to at least bring people in for questioning? Must be a bunch of Comey clones...or did I mean to say Comey clowns... WHERE ARE WE ON THIS? DO THEY THINK THEY CAN IMPEACH PRESIDENT TRUMP WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OF NY 22ND? IS THAT ALLOWED?
thomas
I wonder if they'll still "find" some mail in ballots that have been "lost" in the mail. It does seem that each mail in ballot, from here on out should be scanned upon receipt and posted on the internet so that they can be publicly inspected before the count is official. Some ballots were inspected in Broome County. A signature forged ballot was found. They KNOW who forged the signature. They are not going to prosecute.
