 Excellent question.

Look at that small bunch, and wonder how many others, across the country, were the same?

Many instances have been found all over the country of dead people voting, people who don't live in the state voting and then voting again in that state they really live in. Instances found that people who say they did not vote appeared as voting via absentee ballots. More votes than registered voters in states. The list goes on...Thank God patriots are quickly combing as much data is available and submitting it to the FBI...Obviously little voter validation infrastructure is in place. The system today is ripe for fraud..

think that each chocolate represents a vote...that's about how it works

- 1600 uncounted affadavit/absentee ballots that were mutually rejected by both R and D election commissioners and the candidates themselves.

- 272 counted absentee ballots that have been objected to by 1 candidate (227 by Tenney, 33 by Brindisi, 12 not disclosed)

- 537 uncounted affidavit ballots that have been objected to by 1 candidate (500 by Brindisi, 35 by Tenney, 2 not disclosed).

Thanks Hank.

What is the difference between an absentee and an affadavit ballot?

Absentee is a ballot that was mailed out to someone, filled out, and then either mailed back or dropped off in person.

Affidavit, or provisional ballot, is a paper ballot given to a voter at a polling site when their name or signature is missing from the poll books, often the result of a change in voter's name or address.

As far as the mysterious uncounted 55 ballots that just surfaced in Chenango County. So, its been documented that 11 of the 55 have been tossed since they came from unregistered voters. So that leaves 44 ballots. Those ballots were cast during early voting which between the 2 candidates, Brindisi won 1903 (54.5%) to 1585 (45.4%) in Chenango County. If the 44 ballots follow that pattern, Brindisi would win 24-20, and the existing vote count difference would shrink from 12 to 8 votes.

Where's the data to back up all of those claims of dead people and out of state voters?

The Amistad Project had uncovered hundreds-of-thousands of ballots affected by election fraud in five states, including Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Former Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell’s attempt to force Georgia officials to allow a forensic examination of voting machines that she claims are central to a vast election fraud conspiracy will get an expedited review from the federal appeals court in Atlanta.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is investigating third-party groups attempting to register out-of-state voters for the crucial Senate runoff elections. During a press conference Monday, he cited instances of groups trying to register dead voters from other states and sending applications to New York City.

Decision coming today from Judge DelConte about whats going to happen with the (counted and uncounted) disputed ballots and presumably the 44 mystery ballots from Chenango County as well...

How about the sheriffs or state police take custody of those ballots, screen for fingerprints and see if they can make some kind of sense out of this?

The only decision I'd better see is a bunch of arrest warrants signed. Search their homes and offices.

No decision yet, but supposedly coming very soon, don't know if that means hours, a day, a few days etc.

Based on the judge's comments, seems atleast some limited recounting might be ordered, but don't know what will happen to any of the uncounted and counted disputed ballots as of yet. An Oneida County election worker also tested positive for covid but not before exposing the entire staff on Friday, so if any recounting is ordered there it may take a while...

It was just made known that Chenango County found 12 MORE uncounted ballots in a desk drawer. That's in addition to the previous 55 uncounted ballots that were found last week.

Just can't make this shit up.

Let me guess.  They all happened to be for Brindisi.

Why isn't law enforcement looking into found ballots in a desk drawer...that's not enough probable cause for election tampering/ fraud? That's not enough to at least bring people in for questioning?

Must be a bunch of Comey clones...or did I mean to say Comey clowns...
