Good morning.  I saw the video you were referring to. I'm disappointed.

This could have been a Supreme Court case for anyone with half a brain. This was the case you were waiting for your entire life and I handed it to you on a silver platter. With the right collaboration and cooperation it would have been historic and ground breaking. There would have been books and at least a 5 part miniseries. Everybody would have made money.

Must have been dusty? Absolutely no personal protective equipment on afaik. Aren't there regulations for proper handling of lead that businesses need to follow? I've read lead poisoning can adverseley affect a person's behavior after Ginger brought up this possibility. Then I've read mosaic artists are high risk for lead poisoning.and lead can render other mental medicines ineffective. I don't know at all. Exactly, and you know what my favorite story Emily gives is when she claims she has some big time attorney who’s helping her and all of a sudden they tell her to contact a different lawyer because it just so happens they don’t “practice in that area of law” lol. For some reason she is being told to contact someone else because she may have a claim elsewhere when really any attorney who talks to her for more than a few minutes realizes she’s full of nonsense. Emily should ask herself why she is the one with felony charges and 4 open cases and not Rich David. In Emily’s world she has the best attorneys working for free and that transfer was a receipt from when her parents paid Ron B. 4K and she used that to make it look like she is paying herself. In light of recent events my concern for residents is this right here: Sources have reached out and said Emily has a history of harassing people so badly that they’ve threatened suicide, or had to leave the area all together since around her high school days. She has stalked multiple people, harassed their families, made threats publicly, documented via Twitter, fb, Instagram and other outlets. She threatened to kill a public official and has been charged with felony terrorist threats and has had multiple restraining orders put against her. She has admitted she is on medication from her psychologist that is helping her remain calm. So what happens when she is not on these meds? We’ve all seen what happens to some well known dt locals when they’ve skipped their meds. Put all these pieces together and you don’t think she could be the next one to snap and shoot up a federal building with all these politicians she publicly states that she hates so much and again publicly threatens? Oh I’m sorry I mean “legally extorts” 

Korchak wake up and stop letting criminals slip through the cracks. Hers is a shut and close case and she is banking on you screwing this up just like the Buffalo supermarket shooter. Bob was the local business man who was not named in the News Channel 34 article that was reached out to by the news station for comment. Felony count terroristic threat to a public official, continues her social media spectacle harassing and making demands to public officials. Emily has been red flagged by the courts to stop her from purchasing or obtaining firearms, she has admitted she is medicated by a psychologist to calm her. Emily had threatened and harassed a man so badly they attempted suicide (this has been confirmed by victims parent) he relocated and of course Emily played the victim. She has a history of mental issues, harassment, disobeying the law and feeling as if she is untouchable. Has even stated how she wants a movie deal. Emily has doubtlessly stated she’s god’s chosen one, how much more confirmation does Korchak need to convict her. Very good point you’ve made and one thing I wanna mention is if Korchak lets her off easy she will continue to go online and continue to harass which she is doing right now with Jason garnar and it’s similar to how someone guilty as sin gets off and has a high percentage of getting busted again and like you mentioned “above the law” and this is why she doesn’t wanna go on probation because she knows she will continue this erratic behavior and having a probation officer over her she knows will get sent to the slammer which is where she should be in the first place, this and she doesn’t want to be subject to being drug tested and she even threatened her parents to stop bringing that to court about her drug use history.

 The judge back in January told her if she talks about the case she would be sent to jail until her case is disposed of and unfortunately it’s the DA‘s responsibility to bring this to the judge and korchakhas refused to do so.

Well more examples of gun violence by Miss. Jablon. No wonder she was hit with an ERPO Extreme risk protection order for threatening to kill someone with a firearm. Emily is back to her old ways serial posting on social media tagging the District attorneys wife Nadine claiming that the diagnosis from one of her many court ordered mental evaluations is that the evaluator made a final Diagnosis for Emily Jablon that she has and in Emily’s words “severe ptsd and blames the da for not doing his job as the cause of that ptsd”. 
What is very entertaining is that Emily claims that the district attorney not just blocked her on Facebook but “illegally blocked her” as if that is a law hahahaha.
