She claims that the Buffalo shooter was released by Mike Korchak based off his mental health evaluation and the same will happen to her criminal case lol. What Emily fails to realize is that unlike her the Buffalo shooter was never charged with a crime before the shooting at Topps supermarket and after he made a general threat about a school shooting his teacher reported it to the resource officer at his school and the New York state police went to his house and had him undergo a mental health evaluation at Binghamton General and after a day and a half at the hospital they released him with no further recommendations of any criminal charges.

Extorting him in the last email sent to Kurt Shraider(?Sorry I don’t know how to spell his last name) telling him to get ahold of his boy. Emily Jablon keeps digging herself a bigger hole And now she’s accusing the district attorney of Broome County Mike Korchak of being a drug Addict, sorry Emily but you’re the only one that’s posting photos of drug paraphernalia and social media lol. She’s looking pretty desperate right now at this stage in the game and she is still being asked for evidence that she cannot provide and this psychiatrist is not even court appointed so it seems like her parents may realize whoever is appointed by the Court is not going to recommend anything favorable. Nobody in the local art community seems to associate with her and she claims to be a famous artist in this area. Sounds like she can’t even follow a judges simple instructions to not post about the court case she is involved in being a defendant in Binghamton criminal  court like back in January when she was arrested and news Channel 34 published the article about her. That to me is very telling that if she follow that simple instruction she more than likely would get a very easy sentence and instead everyone can see her posting nonstop about the mayor. The outcome doesn’t seem great for her and she doesn’t understand that having a felony conviction will follow her for the rest of her life and having a Felony Terrorism conviction on your record is not something to be proud of lol
