Kudos to Supervisor Sexton for protecting the residents of Vestal. She went on Bob Joseph, and answered Bob’s question on radio about dairy queen and the Donnelly affiliation, and she simply stated that dairy queen is not coming to the area and how Donnelly claimed they were just conversations despite his outrageous claims that he’s the reason they are coming to vestal. That appears to be why Donnelly has been posting on his social media that he’s having Maria somehow investigated. Sounds like she exposed his outlandish ideas claims. Maria also stated that the town is in debt to the tune of $4.5 million dollars and having a board member like Donnelly rant on social media that the town is not in debt is a clear lie. He is the reason why this town board is having issues with his past affiliation of the previous administration, and the fact that he’s going online attacking her shows that he has no business working on the board. This is not the first time Donnelly has appeared to exaggerate something. Out of the ten active lawsuits Donnelly has been named as a defendant in, one of the customers (Adam Osborne) of donnelly’s former construction business suing him filed paperwork on 1/22/24 and in the paperwork filed it states how Donnelly has “willfully placed an illegal and exaggerated lien”. Or the time when Donnelly’s landlord where Atlas James his previous construction company was housed in Vestal who happens to be suing Donnelly for $305k due to alleged “unpaid rent” the exhibit filed by the landlords attorney Alan Pope, (same Alan Pope representing the Osbornes and the Direnzo’s who obtained a 14k civil judgement against Donnelly) they stated how Donnelly claimed he had a major contract with Home Depot. Then again wasn't Donnelly in a news article back in 2023 about building a $40 million dollar apartment complex where he took the design from some building in Seattle on the other side of the country? What ever happened to that besides the news article stating how Donnelly was in “talks with investors”. Thank God Maria Sexton is the Town Supervisor, and yet Donnelly posted on his social media about how he is having her investigated over the story you posted lol just like how he went on Bob Joseph’s radio show and claimed John Solak is being investigated. QueenB Posted January 27 Report Share Posted January 27 I think that was a super courageous effort on her behalf and for Donnelly to criticize her quick and effective thought process and actions is outrageous. Clearly Donnelly is upset Maria went onto Bob Joseph’s radio and answered bobs question that Donnelly is not bringing Dairy Queen to the area. That hurt his fluffed up story and how he’s lying.
