BCVoice has obtained a SECOND sexual harassment complaint filed with the Broome County Personnel Office against the Broome County District Attorney's Office.  We will have this complaint posted here within 48 hours.

As posted in another thread, Mike Korchak has known about this for quite some time.  He cannot act surprised or claim ignorance.  He has known and chose to do nothing about it.

Actually he is doing General Contracting.  He was a contractor before going to law school.  He is loving it.  His office is a pick up truck.  He is very busy as are all contractors and construction people.

Wow very disappointing to hear about all this after all the positive outpouring for Korchak last election. Hopefully there a better crop of candidates next time around.

That’s appropriate. Because he built a really strong DA’s office and it looks like Korchak has destroyed it.

Nope. He’s actually doing better than that! I spoke with Steve last month. He’s doing very well.

BCVoice received this bombshell sexual harassment complaint filed this week.  We are told the person who filed the complaint has PROOF to back up the complaints. In addition to sexual harassment, the complaint also includes racism and discrimination against overweight and special needs individuals.

If that’s how he talks about coworkers how do you think he talks about defendants? It’s become sadly obvious defendants in Broome County don’t get a fair day in court, with this DA’s office. God forbid you’re not a straight, white male.
