She just did an “update” on fb talking about how she will be staying at her parents for a while and everyone has calmed down. She’s truly crazy but at this point I’m starting to wonder if Susan is just as crazy. Hate giving Emily any credit in that department due to the fact she really does take the cake in the mentally unstable arena ….. but her mother Susan is truly enabling this grown ass spoiled tantrum throwing child. She allows Emily to publicly humiliate her not even daily but hourly via social media. Emily is never going to get better. The very little respect I did hold for the elder Jablons is completely out the window at this point. The fact Emily is there with them and updating people via social media and no one is having her stop the nonsense that’s getting her in trouble (social media) just makes me have zero respect for the parents. They have been defeated by Emily. It seems the Elderly abuse has pushed them to the point where they cannot win. They are harassed and harassed and physically assaulted by an almost 40yr old brat who is going to end up being their demise.

However one thing Emily is wrong about is it’s far from over. She has pushed and pushed beyond the boundaries into full on violations and I’m anticipating Rich David won’t be putting up with it. Same with Ron Benjamin, I have a feeling he is sick of her shit and the fact that he won’t be able to stick it to his enemy Rich David because Emily can’t follow simple instructions. She has zero control.

Good points, I can agree with you on this. Unfortunately Susan Jablon and Alan Jablon don’t get it especially the text message she sent her that she posted where he said that her family was doing everything they can to keep her out of jail and the hospital….. the hospital or Long term rehab that is is where she needs to be. This is why they will be defeated as you mentioned. 
She’s at her parents house because she is snooping around attempting to view their financial paperwork, she even  posted a text message she sent her mom where Emily said that she needs to view there financial documents with ease, really this is disgusting. Susan doesn’t get it she gets pushed around physically and now she lets her into her house. This is why Emily has ongoing problems . I wouldn’t be surprised if Emily is making it up saying that she is at her moms house to make it look like they are on good terms when really that video physically fighting her mother shows how much of a monster she is

One thing her parents cannot protect her from is the results of the Court ordered 10 hour mental health evaluation that Emily has refused to go to that will be provided to the judge

Who knows at this point. I’m extremely disgusted in our DA. He has completely dropped the ball on keeping the community safe. I know he had bigger fish to fry besides Ms. Jablon but he’s clearly having issues with the big fish the little fish are getting away as well.

 I’ve lost all hope in this outcome. Ms. Jablon is a serial harasser, a political predator, a downright loose cannon walking among us waiting for her next big break to attack someone with a big community following. It’s sickening.

Has she been mandated by the courts? That is one thing I haven’t been able to get clarification on. Mandated as in she has a time and place set and there is no if and or buts. I know she claimed she was finding her own which I believe isn’t allowed. My understanding is they cost someone who is well seasoned as in 20 years plus experience not a kid out of meds school who can easily be fooled.

If Emily went back to her mother's home she went for one reason and one reason only. Emily can't sleep. Some of you have mentioned you noticed a facial tick or snarling. The same chemicals that would cause those symptoms are same chemicals ticking at her brain to wake her up multiple times. Over the counter products will not work for this. Ambien will not work for this. 

Sleep deprivation and psychosis are inextricably linked. If Emily doesn't want to find herself balled up on the sofa,  drooling with the covers over her head it would be best if she had her mom drive her to the nearest walk in clinic to get an appropriate prescription...today.

According to news Chanel 34’s article “When Jablon was initially arraigned on the terrorism charge earlier this month, the judge set as conditions of her release that she receive a mental health evaluation” and the fact that she keeps talking about a court ordered eval. It means she is required by law and she had a hearing on 2/10 where the hearing touched on a status update on where she is on an eval. Based on the fact she states she will never go to one ordered by the court I believe she missed her appointment and she will never be able to pick her own psych because the psych is not contracted with the court. I agree the DA has dropped the ball and based on the fact she has violated the order multiple times by committing third party contact messaging Judith Osborne the chief clerk and continuing to email rich David’s attorney and she has bragged about emailing him over 2,200 times which the judge scolded her in court about how she was very close to violating it when she originally emailed his lawyer this is gone tooo far . She should of been locked up by now.

Sorry 92..I thought this post was yours...I went to work on Friday at 9pm and never stopped until noon yesterday...got a flat tire at 6 am Saturday...that was fun switching out to a donut in 24 degree weather..lucky the blizzard where I was hadn't started yet. grrr  :)  lol I know I shouldn't post until I get home, sleep and have coffee! Just going over this thread...It's bad enough the gold standard drug for these types of things takes 6 weeks to reach therapeutic levels...At least she would realize immediate results in about 3-5 days with few side effects..leg weakness for a few days an increased appetite. If they give her a cheap drug we're talking ten days for it to even kick in.

and Emily goes back to being normal again...she probably won't even remember how she got to where she is right now.

Time is of the essence. I hate to get Freudian but if Emily doesn't want to "find herself"..she'd better get to a doctor. A psychotic break from sleep deprivation will land her in the hospital and it takes a long time to put one's psyche back together again. 

Also, I'm going to guess as a sole proprietor she may not have insurance. If she goes down I expect the tax payers will have to foot the bill.
