What’s funny is Emily Jablon thinks she is getting money out of Rich David and the state from the letters she writes to the state everyday complaining about rich David with baseless accusations. 
she parades a letter she sent to the EEOC as human rights charges yet when asked where in the process her complaint is Emily doesn’t respond other than ranting they are charges in filed court and it’s going to the federal level ahahahaha she has nothing filed with NYS = Zero charges and she’s in for a big surprise if she thinks she’s going to get money from rich David for her criminal court case, just how she says she’s going to trial with her criminal charges lol please Emily go to trial see how that turns out. Probation appears to be mandatory in this situation unless it went to trial and was dismissed

Emily was arrested last month for constantly emailing the Chief Clerk Judith Osborne and emailing the judges chambers omitting “third party contact” as well as emailing attorneys hired by Rich David in her case and her own attorney Ron B. told her to stay off of social media and stop emailing Kurt Schrader who is rich David’s attorney as she posted the email she sent to Kurt on her Facebook page on 3/4/22 

She is taking something as simple as her attorney instructing her to stop the emails and Emily has fabricated it into a baseless allegation that somehow Rich David is in her Email account because and in her words she said “Ron Benjamin knew”

Here is the case numbers since I am posting factual information and a judgment was taken out. Maybe that’s how Emily knows soo much about Human rights complaints as Brianna filed a human rights complaint on Jablon Mosaics LLC. I don’t care for Rich David all too much but since you are bringing up something about workers comp and rich David without providing factual info on that case here is something that actually happened

#2) There is a hand rolled blunt and lighter sitting on the left hand side. 

#3) There is a credit card/debit card sitting close by on the right hand side. 

#4) Under the CC/DC is a plastic zip lock baggie. 

#5) There appears to be some sort of substance on the right hand side near what appears to be a necklace.... ("residue", powder?). 

 

#6) WHO ARE THESE NEW LAWYERS EMILY?! I'VE HEARD "EL CHAPO" lawyers so many times I wanna puke. You claim you are in contact with them and have spoken to them. What lawyers? Which ones? What are their names? Name of the law firm & location? Have they filed an notice of appearance for you? I read that you claimed" they" told you that for that 25k payment you could get the "best of the best" when it comes to attys that handle malicious prosecution.... There is NO WAY $25k is going to cover your charges, especially for high profile out of town attorneys. I couldn't even find a divorce attorney in Connecticut for less than a $12k retainer. THAT'S JUST THE RETAINER! That's the rock bottom price, it goes way up from there. Each email, phone call, each minute (or hour or two in Emily's case) that attorney spends listening to a voicemail, reading a text, sorting through 5 social media posts per night per platform, communicating with opposing counsel, or driving to a hearing or trial, is coming out of that 25k retainer. Once those charges eat up the 25k, then comes the BIG money charges. Emily, are you aware that most all attys charge a whole separate fee for trial? Trial isnt usually included in those initial retainer fees, unless it's discussed prior, and then I would expect that 25k to jump to around atleast 50k to 75k.

Knowing what a hand rolled blunt looks like in my generation isn't unusual. It's legal now anyway so that really isn't the biggest concern I saw in this video she posted. I have a degree in alcohol & substance abuse counseling. I've studied addiction for years and worked in several local and out of town rehab centers. I guess you could say that my eye is trained to see these red flags.

I do believe that is a ethical violation and I highly doubt the Dr gave permission for Emily to post the picture for everyone to see. I hope that post is reported to the courts along with Emily saying the psychologist is giving her legal advise to pursue other avenues in beating and or going around the system. 

Also looks as though Emily has broke her agreement she signed that Ron Benjamin presented to Emily on behalf of her parents. She is back to bad mouthing her mother and her “secret boyfriend” via Facebook.  I’m expecting posts showing texts of her mother throwing her clothes out and Emily being homeless again. She deleted her fb after a few posts badmouthing her parents to the realtor today and did not empty her studio when her parents told her to. Emily is losing her shit today lol. Her mother I believe called the police on her today because Emily is not abiding by her contract agreement with the studio as she has not moved her stuff out of the studio. Emily is realizing the realtor has control of handling future buyers for the property and she is upset she cannot stop someone from buying her parents property so she is soo disgusting she tells the realtor all sorts of lies about her parents and now is violating the orders of protection by telling the realtor about rich David and Bob pornbeck.

 

Emily posted a photo of her psych from NYC that’s not the therapist ordered by the court. Emily refuses to go to her inperson mandated psych and is trying to pass this person from NYC to the court and her own attorney doesn’t want to talk to this person and Ron told the person from nyc to not contact him. Emily is once again making the appearance that she is getting help but the person on video chat has no relationship with the court 

 

I noticed someone posted Emily’s posts to Susan on Facebook that clearly violated her agreement with her parents and magically the post on Susan’s Facebook was deleted. Is Susan looking the other way or is Emily hacking into her page like she admitted to doing at night time .

That is correct. She agreed to the terms her mother listed and in typical Emily fashion she lied.

Emily replied Yes yes yes and yes to the terms and Ron was the point of contact for the agreement. Then within an hour after signing she comments under a video she posted saying:

“Ima email his lawyer and let him know he’s doing better” after ranting about him above that. 
 

Just further proves how uncontrollable she is. Unstable. Watching this unfold day by day just makes me realize how sad it is for those out there struggling to get others help and how deep rooted mental illness can consume people.
