broome county employee 0 Report post Posted Tuesday at 10:41 PM Kevin McManus announced today he is retiring in three weeks. He is well liked by county employees. He has a reputation as a nice guy who gets things done. Some joke that he babysits Jason Garnar, and McManus is the ‘adult in the room’. We haven’t heard who will replace McManus.
