broome county employee Posted February 23, 2021 Report Share Posted February 23, 2021 Kevin McManus announced today he is retiring in three weeks. He is well liked by county employees. He has a reputation as a nice guy who gets things done. Some joke that he babysits Jason Garnar, and McManus is the ‘adult in the room’. We haven’t heard who will replace McManus.
