Basically Ringden (who is married with young children) starts sleeping with Kasmarcik's wife, three months after giving birth to their child. Then Kasmcarick confronts and hits his wife. Then Kweller, Ringden and Jaffe try to buy Kasmarcik out devaluing his ownership shares, claiming he is violation of the "morals clause", based on the domestic violence incident. Here in Broome County, and in the City of Binghamton, we have seen the sickening drugging and violent rape of females, but we have a District Attorney who will file charges if he gets around to it. There have been news stories, a protest, and public revolt over the internet and social media, yet the DA is continuing to sit there twiddling his thumbs. What horrible disrespect to the victims.
