Kris’s shares are to be purchased at a 50% discount over 5 years. He’s suing to fight the ownership powerplay and because he hasn’t been paid. (That’s how I’m interpreting it. It doesn’t have do with recent sexual misconduct but highlights company infighting and drama.)

But in fact, the complete opposite is happening and I am so proud of everyone for coming out and sharing their stories. I haven’t worked for a few weeks now but I asked someone I worked with, is this ever going to get addressed because all they were doing was staying silent and not only that but just walking around downtown like nothing is going on! As soon as the accusation conspired the employees should have been automatically notified but instead they just kept doing events and posting on their social medias like two of our owners did not just rape two girls. They are selfish and will never see anything but their way and have always been like that. yes indeed, I believe one of the sticking points here and the possible FBI involvement is that the chief of police reports to the Mayor and given the investigation and the fact that Rich David has a connection with the owners could be a reason why FBI could be involved.

"On FB from BPD today one young fella from Hicksville, as I recall , was charged with rape on 12/1. Address listed as 38 Hawley St. which I guess means he was in jail already when charged. Don't know if there's any connection here."

what is bothersome is if the rumor is true about Paul Battisti representing both Ron Kweller and Jordan Ringden. Paul is a great guy and I want him to become our next DA but if charges are brought and Paul does represent these guys and this situation goes National people will not vote for him for DA. I understand lawyers represent the ugly and everyone is innocent until proven guilty however we all saw what happened with the Stantz case, Paul represented the drunk driver in one hearing before passing the case off to Ben Bergman and Korchak hammered Paul on that all the way to Election Day.

We have also been notified that the "chicken wing" video may have placed this case in the hands of the FBI. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe it becomes a Federal case if there is "revenge porn" or videos & photos of anyone underage involved.

I find it difficult to believe that Paul Battisti is representing either one of these guys let alone both. As far as the rumor of an arrest being made that is public record and impossible to bury. It is possible that charges will be brought after Christmas and if that is the case that delay is wrong for so many reasons. There is also a Grand Jury convening in early January and perhaps the case will be presented to them for indictment.

Binghamton Police Department Detective Bureau reports to the Chief of Police.  The Chief of police reports to Mayor Rich David.  Mayor Rich David has a close relationship with Ron Kweller.  The unit investigating the alleged crime reports to an individual who is known to have a business and personal relationship with the alleged crime perpetrator.

Come on Dateline, this is the perfect story.

You may be right on that but I also thought FBI gets involved when it crosses state lines or a conflict with Govt officials comes about or if the FBI are asked with good reason

Rich David also provided the mortgage for Kweller et al to purchase 60 Court Street. In January 2017, Confluence Properties II LLC--of which Rich David is the sole member--provided a mortgage to Court and State LLC (Kweller et al) for $588,000 to purchase 60 Court Street. This is a matter of public record, and the paperwork can be found at gobcclerk.com (just search as a guest for Confluence Properties).
So Rich David's statement in his interview with Bob Joseph that “At no point in time, have I ever had any sort of interest, ownership, financial or otherwise, in the businesses or the parent organization" is at the very least misleading, if not a flat-out lie.

Seems to me if they wanted a PLAYBOY MANSION there are plenty of properties to do that in Binghamton...1...the Masonic Temple Building 2 the old city hall...Hotel DeVille..which had jacuzzi suites..I think they tore them out though.

Korchak assigned Alyssa Congdon as the prosecuting attorney on the case. Korchak obviously doesn’t care at all about a conviction or the victims. Congdon has worked at the DA’s office for less than a month, and has never prosecuted a case in her life.

Isint this the Same Congdon girl who worked for Ben Bergmans office handling traffic tickets?

Yes she worked for Jackson Bergman until Thanksgiving. I believe the day of the sexual assaults may have been her last day at Jackson Bergman. She started with the DA’s office the week after Thanksgiving. She has never prosecuted a case in her life.
